Ingredients - tuvar dal, channa dal, red chillies, fenugreek, black pepper corns, rice, curry leaves, coriander seeds. Usage - about 3-4 tbsp for gooseberry sized tamarind. You could use a spoon of rice flours for added thickness. Tip : sauté the masala in sesame oil for a few seconds for best flavour.
