This South Indian heritage blend combines dry ginger, black pepper, long pepper and palm jaggery to deliver bold flavours with robust health benefits — warming spice, sharp heat and rich sweetness while supporting digestion, reducing inflammation and boosting immunity. To prepare, boil 5g of powder with 100ml of water for 5 minutes, filter and serve hot. Optional palm jaggery, honey or country sugar. Enjoy 1–2 times daily.
