Mylapore Kitchens Mysore Rasam – 120g

Prepare a flavourful Mysore rasam with this ready-blended podi from Mylapore Kitchens, saving the need to roast and grind spices separately.

Ingredients: Toor dal, coriander seeds, red chillies, black pepper, cumin, dried coconut (koprai), curry leaves, turmeric powder and asafoetida (hing).

How to use: Use 2–3 tablespoons with a small gooseberry-sized portion of tamarind and prepare as you would regular rasam. Add extra cooked dal for the thicker consistency characteristic of Mysore rasam.
