Iyengar Style Puliyogare Mix

Easy, tasty,, instant Iyengar style Puliyogare mix

Ingredients : Toor dal, channa dal, urad dal, coriander seeds, red chillies, black pepper corns, fenugreek, curry leaves, sesame seeds, oil, salt, asafoetida, tamarind. 

To use : Cook and cool rice so that grains are separate. You can also use left over rice. Heat kadai, add a little bit of gingelley oil, add rice, add requisite powder to taste and saute in low heat for a few minutes. And it's ready !
