Instant Sambar

Ingredients - Pigeon Peas, Roasted Chickpeas, Dried Red Chillis, Coriander Seeds, Tamarind, Jaggery, Fenugreek Seeds, Black Peppercorn, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Mustard Seeds, Turmeric Powder and Salt.

How to use - Saute vegetables, add 4-5 tbsp to serve 4, add water and salt. Boil until thickened. Garnish with coriander. Shelf life - 3-4 months.
