Ingredients - Rava, mustard seeds, urad dal, channa dal, red chillies, green chillies, ginger, curry leaves, hing, salt, cashews.
How to use - Boil 2.25 cups water, add ghee and salt. Add 1 cup mix, stir on low flame until cooked. Cover a few minutes. Garnish with coriander and lime. Serve with coconut chutney.
