Instant Rasam

Easy to use Instant Rasam powder — 3 tbsp to serve 4.

Method - Add 1 heaped tsp to 2 cups water. Add salt, jaggery, tomatoes and green chillies. Boil a few minutes. No tamarind or dal needed. Garnish with coriander. Serve hot with rice and ghee.
