Cookd Madurai Chukka Masala 50g

A peppery spice blend for preparing Madurai-style dry chukka with mutton, chicken, prawns or mushrooms.

Contains two 25g sachets. Use one sachet per 500g of meat. Sauté onions, add your protein and masala, cook until tender, then reduce until the spices coat each piece.
